CLOSING DAY

By now, you are rapidly approaching the end of your home buying adventure and closing day approaches.  This is the day on which the ownership of the home will change hands from the Seller to you.  Today, you officially become a homeowner.  On the day of closing, both lawyers will attend at the Land Registry Office in order to update the title search and for both sides to exchange documents and to register them.  You should obtain the keys to your new home soon after.
