MUTUAL COMMITMENT

As a professional agent in today's Real Estate Market, experience tells me that I must have a mutual commitment with my clients.  As members of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), I have computerized access to all MLS properties listed for sale and, through my good    relationship with other Realtors, I have knowledge of and access to all exclusive listings that are not listed on the MLS!  With a thorough analysis of available properties, I am confident that, together, we can find the perfect property at the right price and terms suitable to you!

All of this takes time and a great deal of effort.  An agent works solely on commission basis and does not get paid until a sale is  complete.  I am willing to take the time, energy and expense required to find you that perfect property.  This is my commitment to you.

Now I will ask for your commitment.  Your commitment involves telling other Realtors that you are already working with me as YOUR Realtor.  When you want information on a property you drive by or see advertised-CALL ME FIRST!  I will make the appointments to show you any property of interest without you having many different Realtors calling you to obtain your business.  Also, feel free to visit open houses and other Realtor's websites-but please let the listing Realtor know you are working with me.
